Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator

Your tasks - Organization and participation of/at the meetings of the OHS committee (Arbeitssicherheitsausschuss, ASA); - Support in the preparation of OHS risk assessments (Gefährdungsbeurteilungen); - Organization and moderation of the annual meeting of the Occupational health and safety officer (wDE) of all knoell German sites; - Point of contact for OHS topics for internal and external OHS role holders (refer to "Interfaces") as wells as employees; - Answering of legal and organizational questions regarding OHS, including ergonomic topics; - Preparation, organization and execution of the annual safety briefings / instructions; - Carrying out safety briefings as part of the onboarding of new employees; - Training regarding OHS processes in knoell as part of the general introduction of new employees; - Supporting the recruitment of Occupational health and safety officer (wDE), First aider, Fire safety assistant; - Organization of the training of Occupational health and safety officer (wDE), First aider, Fire safety assistant; - Organization, documentation and support of electrical equipment testing; - Organization of preventive medical examinations and vaccinations; - Creation and review of operating instructions (Betriebsanweisungen); - Responsibility for posting of required OHS laws and regulations. **Profile**: - Training as Occupational health and safety officer (wDE), First aider, Fire safety assistant; - Training in the preparation of risk assessments for occupational health and safety; - Experience with Occupational health and safety in an office environment; - Experience with ASA; - Excellent German and English skills; - Excellent organizational skills.
