**The Opportunity**

As the Lead Site Management, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and management of personnel assignments for electrotechnical construction site management across various Germany-wide construction sites.

**You will make an impact by.**
- Development and implementation of standardized site management procedures, including continuous process optimization.
- Serving as the Appointed Electrical Specialist (“Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft”, per DIN VDE1000-10) for our Germany-wide construction sites, working closely with the safety officer; from risk assessments to conducting safety walks during your regular site visits.
- Leading and supporting our team of 11 site managers, including documentation of employee discussions.
- Assisting in acquisition efforts, as well as offer preparation and negotiation strategies.Participating in management and client meetings, including occasional international engagements.**The talent we want to inspire has...**
- Completed education as a certified master craftsman (IHK or HWK), state-certified technician, graduate engineer, bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in construction site management within the field of electrical engineering, with relevant leadership experience.
- Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations in Germany.
- Extensive experience in process optimization and the development and implementation of standardizations.
- Analytical thinking and a structured working approach.
- Willingness to travel, primarily within Germany.
