**How you'll be hosting with heart**:

- Use your full creativity to create compelling employer branding content for our career site, LinkedIn, and internal communication channels.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to encourage employee reviews on Kununu and other rating platforms, continuously monitor feedback, and respond to reviews.
- Establish and maintain an accurate and engaging company profile on Kununu and Glassdoor, including developing content that reflects the company’s values and employee benefits.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on employer branding trends.
- As part of our talent team, you will support the strategic positioning of limehome as a employer of choice.

**What you need to shoot for the stars**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Outstanding ability to convey ideas and information clearly, concisely, and persuasively in English and German both written and oral forms.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and content management systems.
- Collaborative spirit, working harmoniously with team members across different functions.
- Beyond all you are creative, detail oriented and have strong organizational skills and want to gain experience in a fast paced environment.
