We are a dynamic security start-up with solid initial funding, poised to revolutionize the security landscape in Northern Europe. Our mission is to become the leading 24/7 security provider, offering an all-in-one solution for businesses, offices, and consumers. We deliver a comprehensive end-to-end service, including professional installation, round-the-clock surveillance by expert guards, and a cutting-edge mobile app. While this model is already standard in LATAM, South Africa, and Southern Europe, it is yet to be fully developed in Northern Europe (Germany, France, UK, etc.). Our main competitors include industry giants like Securitas, Prosegur, and Trablisa.

**Your Role**:
As Co-Founder and Managing Director, you will be instrumental in the development and success of our company. You will take on strategic and operational tasks to develop the product and business model and establish them in the market. You want to be a Founder and Managing Director of a Start-up, but you might not have the right idea yet and you need not only an idea but also funding to start. Then this is your opportunity in life to start something big with the backing of two serial entrepreneurs in a multi billion dollar industry.

**Your Tasks**:

- **Business Model and Product Development**: As the founder and MD you will develop and implement the business model, product vision, and roadmap
- **Customer Acquisition and Sales**: Acquire new customers through various channels such as the website, cold calling, and trade fairs.
- **P&Ls**: You will be responsible for managing the P&L of the company incl. fundraising with the help of our team
- **HR**: Build a high-performing team.
- **Prototypes and MVP**: Lead the development of prototypes and the Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

**Your Profile**:

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively in a dynamic start-up environment, recognize opportunities, and adapt strategies as needed
- Hustle: Flourishing in a dynamic, high-speed setting you thrive on rapid iterations and have an inherent bias toward taking action. Your unwavering determination pushes you forward.
- Proven track record as an entrepreneur, or in a similar role with hands-on experience in a high-growth start-up or software company, ideally with founding experience. Working experience in high pressure environments such as consulting or investment banking are also highly appreciated.
- Excellent communication skills to make technical concepts understandable to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaboration between teams.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and performance.
- Fluency in German and English.
