**Who we are**: You will be working closely with a team of successful serial entrepreneurs at the Rapid Pioneers Group. Over the past few years we have co-founded and invested in some of the most iconic consumer brands in Europe. The current portfolio of over 30 companies (Amorelie, enpal, everdrop, Fitvia to name a few) raised more than $1.000m in follow-on capital and employs over 5.000 people.

Tasks

As Co-Founder / Managing Director (M/F/x) you will setup and scale an innovative and revolutionary technology brand in the NFT space in our Berlin offices.

**You will**:

- Plan & execute the business strategy
- Plan budgets and have full P&L accountability
- Take ownership of the product development and technical aspects
- Drive international expansion and the marketing strategy of the product
- Build up a talented cross-functional team
- Work together closely with our C-Level and investors

**Requirements**:
**You should bring**:

- Minimum of 2 years professional or entrepreneurial experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or startups
- Excellent degree in economics/finance, business administration, data science or other relevant areas from a top university
- Proven leadership and people management skills, ability to collaborate successfully on a common vision
- The right mindset and strong work ethic to build a successful company
- Strong analytical capabilities paired with hands-on attitude and results-oriented approach
- Intrinsic motivation to learn and willingness to take on various tasks inside and outside your field of expertise
- Familiarity with data science & data infrastructures, any experience in building software or apps is a plus
- Passion for trends and innovations in tech and particularly the NFT space
- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as fluency in English and German
- Availability to start within the next 6 months in our offices in Berlin
