As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our team as the Head of Brand & Creative (f/m/d) and drive our business forward. The role offer flexibility to work hybrid from our Berlin office or Leipzig headquarters.

**What You´ll Do**:

- Leading the brand team which includes Social Media, content, copy, design & photography.
- Development of a brand strategy based on our brand positioning for Spreadshirt.
- Development of a creative and key messaging funnel strategy based on the strategic positioning and ensuring its activation across all touchpoints and markets.
- Close collaboration with the Performance Marketing, SEO & CRM team, as well as all other teams across the customer journey to ensure a consistent brand strategy across all customer-facing touchpoints.
- Ownership of the brand campaign calendar from planning over concept development to execution.
- Long term brand planning and definition of KPIs to measure success of initiatives.

**What You´ll Bring**:

- Ideally a (University) Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, communication design, advertising or a comparable field.
- Extensive experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the fashion industry/at an e-commerce/D2C brand/agency.
- Demonstrated success in leading creative productions & teams.
- Proven track record in building and leading a team.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to understand, align, and inspire stakeholders across diverse business areas.
- Strong project management skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience managing creative projects within time and budget constraints.
- Collaborative team player with a hands-on mentality and a proactive approach.
- High level of creativity and a keen awareness of current consumer and cultural trends.
- Strong cross-media thinking and visual storytelling abilities, with a talent for translating ideas into impactful executions.
- Skilled in optimizing creative output and driving efficiency through AI-powered tools and workflows.
