TastyUrban is a fast-growing multi-brand food franchise which collaborates with internationally acclaimed chefs to develop market-leading, delivery-first food concepts. These innovative brands are licensed to local restaurant partners, allowing us to seamlessly integrate exceptional culinary experiences into delivery platforms. With a portfolio of three distinct food brands and more in development, we are redefining convenience dining through creativity and exceptional customer engagement. We are seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Brand to oversee and elevate our brand portfolio, ensuring alignment with our mission and driving sustainable growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Brand Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement brand strategies for our portfolio, ensuring differentiation and market relevance.
- Define and maintain brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity for each food brand.
- Monitor brand performance using key metrics (e.g., brand awareness, customer sentiment, and loyalty).
Marketing & Campaign Oversight
- Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns (B2B and B2C) to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
- Collaborate with digital marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and visuals.
- Optimize promotional strategies for delivery platforms, ensuring strong visibility and competitiveness.
Collaboration
- Build up a team in the marketing department.
- Work closely with the product and operations teams to align brand strategies with customer experiences.
- Foster strong relationships with external agencies, influencers, and partners to amplify brand efforts.
Data-Driven Insights
- Leverage customer insights and analytics to refine brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand health and marketing ROI.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of managing multiple brands simultaneously, ideally in food, FMCG, or a related industry.
- 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
- Experience with B2C and B2B marketing strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Passion for food trends, branding, and innovation.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of customer loyalty programs and engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with brand growth strategies on delivery platforms like UberEats, Wolt, etc
