The opportunity
We are currently looking for a Head of Brand & Communications to join our team and play a key role in defining, strengthening, and amplifying Scrive's brand across multiple audiences. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape a unified, compelling brand narrative, elevate Scrive's visibility in key markets, and ensure that our story resonates consistently with customers, partners, media, and talent.

The role can be based in Stockholm, Copenhagen, or Berlin, and you will report to the VP Marketing, who is based in Stockholm. You will work closely with the CEO and the People & Performance team to align Scrive's external brand story with our internal culture.

As a Head of Brand & Communications, you will:

  • Lead Scrive's global brand positioning and narrative - Develop and evolve our brand platform, messaging, and positioning to ensure clarity, consistency, and differentiation across all touchpoints.

  • Drive strategic brand and communications initiatives - Oversee PR, media relations, corporate communications, and cross-market brand consistency, including strong collaboration with Product, Sales, and Employer Branding.

  • Own Scrive's event strategy - Design and execute our owned and industry events, driving measurable impact on pipeline, market visibility, and customer advocacy.

  • Shape and enhance employer branding - Partner with People & Performance to articulate and promote Scrive's employer value proposition across channels.

  • Provide cross-functional brand leadership - Act as a key advisor to the VP Marketing and CEO on communications strategy, and manage external agencies and creative partners.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team - Build clarity, empower team members, and enable strong collaboration across Marketing, People & Performance, and other stakeholders.

What we're looking for

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 8–12 years of experience in brand, communications, or marketing leadership roles—ideally in SaaS or B2B technology.

  • Proven success in brand positioning, PR, and international market expansion.

  • Hands-on experience managing high-impact events and employer branding initiatives.

  • A strong media network and experience in thought leadership and executive communications.

  • A strategic yet execution-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish or other European languages are a plus).

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with electronic signatures, trust services, or regulated industries.

  • Knowledge of compliance-driven markets, legal tech, or scaling high-growth SaaS organisations.

  • Expertise with brand measurement tools, campaign analytics, or event technologies.
