Our client is a digital partner with a base in Europe. They focus on sustainable digital value generation and serve a variety of major and mid-sized businesses, including Amazon, Munich RE, and more than 50 global private equity companies. Due to their high level of selection, they only have 200 employees at the moment, but they are currently in a strong growth period and seeking to add 300 people as soon as feasible. Their specialised team of professionals, which consists only of the best brains, has grown as a result of projects they have landed with global industrial giants.

**Director Web Development**

**What we look for**:

- Leading from a technical and disciplinary perspective and developing the Tech Delivery department
- Development of the technology and solution stack is ongoing
- For digital projects, product development and proposal management
- Build and metric developing cross-functional and departmental teams
- Plan and carry out digital projects in the areas of platform development, e-commerce, customer portals, and CMS
- Supporting project-based requirement processes technically and being in charge of the technical and infrastructure components of project execution
- Development of technical solutions with the team and outside service providers
- External service providers' point of contact, coordination, and content-related assistance from outside developers
- Create and improve a testing and quality assurance procedure for the projects or solutions you have built
- Create appropriate reports as decision-making templates by identifying key KPIs
- A close working relationship between the strategy units and the department heads

**What we require**:

- 10+ years of work experience as a developer, technical project manager, or lead engineer in the digital industry
- Expertise in procedures and technical backgrounds, as well as a methodical, goal
- and solution-driven approach to work
- Possessing in-depth expertise in the fields of deployment, quality assurance, and programming/databases
- Strong mental and analytical abilities
- Broad understanding of web technologies and software architecture
- Solid familiarity with the Atlassian stack [JIRA, Confluence] and collaboration tools
- Dedicated team member with a high level of personal accountability
- Agile project implementation certifications, such as Scrum-Master
- It is advantageous to have experience working on enterprise-focused projects [like Salesforce, Sitecore]
