You will be working within our new Agency Team, focused on cross-media larger clients, driving the best outcomes by more effective planning, activation and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns.

**The Role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Director EMEA, specializing in digital channels (paid social, paid search and programmatic advertising) to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing client accounts, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, and driving successful campaigns across various paid search, paid social and programmatic platforms. Your exceptional analytical, strategic, and client management skills will be crucial in delivering exceptional results for our clients.
We are looking for a well-rounded and experienced individual who has experience in finance or B2B as well as e-commerce.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
- Strong expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DV360 and other DSPs.
- Experience in using web analytics including Google Analytics (GA4) and the ability to pull reports and understand the incremental value of activity. Looker data studio knowledge a plus.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, analytics tools, and campaign tracking methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing, affiliates, display, content marketing, and other digital marketing channels is a plus.
