**YOUR FUTURE ROLE**
- Managing diary / calendar and E-mails for the People & Culture (P&C) Board Member Gina Vargiu-Breuer.
- Monitoring actions and managements of follow-up.
- Managing internal and external correspondence.
- Organize and support meetings, conference calls, video conferences, etc.
- Creation of materials for meetings and presentations.
- Coordination of travel arrangements, including organizational preparation and follow-up.
- Preparation, execution and following-up of strategic meetings and off-site events with internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing assigned projects in a self-reliant manner and maintaining adequate communication with interested / affected parties.
- Coordination of cross-unit projects and alignments.
- Managing Workflows and monitoring items like purchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, Inventory, etc.
- Manage shared drives and communities.
- Be an active contributor and great collaborator including Community Building & Best Practice Sharing between different Offices and across Board Areas.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- 8+ years of experience as executive assistant, secretary, or comparable role of supporting Senior Leadership.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Role model for service orientation and advanced executive support.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and demanding stakeholders internally and externally.
- Experience in a globally distributed team / strong intercultural competencies.
- Energetic team player, delivering high quality results in daily office management / daily business.
- Proactive and able to identify and solve problems before they reach critical stages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Fluent English and German skills are mandator.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
