**About the team**:
We are a relatively small yet very fun team to work with. Our working language is English, but you might hear some Spanish and German from time to time.

**What you’ll do**:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) - Strategic Workforce Planning

Work Area: Human Resources

Location: Berlin/Munich/Walldorf

Expected start date: as soon as possible, it is a fulltime internship for 6 months

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Support the SAP Global Strategic Workforce Planning team as an HR and Data assistant. This includes translating complex data into visually compelling and easily understandable formats for various stakeholders.
- Manage and analyze data using e.g. Excel, including the creation of charts or graphs.
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate information and insights.
- The SWP student (f/m/d) will directly contribute to the strategic alignment and execution of our initiatives, which are essential for the company's long-term success. This includes analytical reports and presentations which will help the team deliver actionable insights to senior leadership, influencing strategic workforce decisions.

**Who you are**:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning
- Experienced and skilled with MS Office (incl. PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics or other
- Fluent in English and German is a must
- Analytical skills and or statistical knowledge - can easily interpret and organize data
- Detail-oriented, can create and maintain data presentations in Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Positive attitude and proactiveness
