(Senior) Product Designer

**Your Role & Impact**:
**What will you be responsible for?**:

- Craft the product experience by designing our product and customer journey from scratch in order to delight our customers
- Support the establishment of a product-oriented company and drive design iterations to continuously improve our offering
- Work directly with leadership to produce artefacts and concepts that communicate the vision and strategy of our product
- Cultivate a deep knowledge of leading prototyping design tools, patterns, and standardized interactions
- Give and solicit feedback from other team members in order to continually raise the bar for quality
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, marketing and leadership in a highly collaborative environment

**What constitutes success?**:

- Make beautiful screens, branding designs and marketing materials in the investment business
- Understand the design that product management wants better than themselves
- Take-on feedback and never need more than one improvement round (unless the other side is being ridiculous)

**What you should bring to the party**:

- A minimum of 4 years of industry experience in product design with a proven track record of success
- Strong user interface and micro-interaction design skills
- Highly attentive to visual details
- Exceptional design velocity: ability and willingness to quickly produce multiple concepts
- A deep understanding of customer problems to create elegant but practical solutions
- Strong written & verbal communication and presentation skills. You are skilled at creating visuals that tell a compelling story
- Strong collaboration skills across disciplines to drive change into products
- Ability to manage and work on multiple projects concurrently
- Proficiency in English (native)
