**Responsibilities**:

- Sparring partner for employees and managers on all HR-related issues
- On-boarding/off-boarding of employees
- Creating and processing employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates and other documents
- Preparation of works agreements and works council hearings
- Supervision of time management and payroll including follow-up processes
- Managing and working on HR projects and further developing HR processes
- Creating and maintaining evaluations and reports

Qualifications:

- Completed studies with a focus on human resources or commercial training with several years of professional experience in the field of human resources
- Good knowledge of current social security, wage tax and labor law, in particular the Works Constitution Act
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP HR, ideally also Workday
- Good knowledge of English
- You inspire with your ability to work in a team and your friendly, communicative manner
- Your structured and service-oriented way of working and your passion for HR round off your profile
- Willingness for further development and training to take on more complex tasks in the future
