HR Generalist / Business Partner (m/f/d)
Accompany managers and employees in your area of responsibility throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.
Be the contact person for topics such as personnel planning, compensation & benefits, personnel development and employment law issues.
Work with the works council in a legally compliant and solution-oriented manner and represent the interests of the HR department in participation procedures.
Participate in or lead exciting HR projects – from digitalization and health management to qualification and training.
Network with HR colleagues locally and in our European group and share best practices.
Several years of experience in human resources – e.g., as an HR generalist or HR officer in a blue- and white-collar environment.
General practical knowledge of the HR topics mentioned above.
A committed demeanor, team spirit and strong communication skills – in German and English .
