**Your new role - challenging and future-oriented**
- You will be responsible for tendering of our Mass Transit segment
- To this end, you will manage approx. 15 employees.
- You will ensure that we submit high-quality offers on time for highly complex projects all over the world. You will prioritize tasks and resources and define bid strategies.
- You will coordinate all internal parties involved in the bidding process (sales, product management, research & development, project management) and will ensure a smooth flow of information.
- For particularly important bid projects, you will be the primary contact person our customers, ensuring that the requirements are understood and implemented in the best possible way.
- In addition, you will always keep an eye on the proposal processes and improve them with a keen sense for optimization potential and market trends.

**Your qualifications - solid and appropriate**
- You hold a university degree (diploma / master's degree) in an engineering discipline.
- You also impress with many years of professional experience in bid management / tendering, project management or sales.
- You are characterized by comprehensive expertise in the rail industry.
- You have practical experience in managing highly complex projects.
- Furthermore, you hold intercultural competence, which you have already proven in foreign assignments.
- In addition, you will be willing to travel (approx. 30%) and have a business fluent command of English. German language skills are an advantage.
