Der Maschinenraum ist das geteilte Transformations-Ökosystem deutscher Mittelstands- und Familienunternehmen. Auf 4.500 m² und 7 Etagen im Herzen Berlins verbinden wir Coworking, Co-Innovation und Community: Rezeption, Café, Event- und Workshopflächen sowie rund 200 Arbeitsplätze machen den Maschinenraum zu einem Ort für Begegnung und Austausch. Hospitality ist bei uns mehr als Service – sie ist unser Herzstück.

Als Head of F&B & Hospitality übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für die Gast- und F&B-Erlebnisse im Maschinenraum.
Du bist das Gesicht für Mitglieder, Gäste und Partner und stellst sicher, dass jeder Moment - vom Morgenkaffee bis zum Abend-Dinner-Event - zu einem besonderen Erlebnis wird. Du führst ein kleines Team (3–5 Mitarbeitende), steuerst das Café operativ und wirtschaftlich und treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Hospitality-Formate voran.

Was du bei uns bewirkst
  • Gesamtverantwortung für Hospitality & F&B: operative Leitung, Qualitäts- und Budgetverantwortung.
  • Führung, Coaching und Einsatzplanung für ein Team von ~3–5 Personen.
  • Operatives Café-Management: Einkauf, Kalkulation, Warenwirtschaft, POS-Prozesse und Urlaubsvertretungen.
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung kulinarischer Formate (z. B. Dinner-Events, Community-Lunches) zur Vernetzung unserer Community.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Co-Working & Building Operations bei strategischen und operativen Abstimmungen sowie gemeinsame Entscheidungen zu Raumkonzepten, technischer Ausstattung und Gebäudeprozessen.
  • Operative Unterstützung im Gebäude und der Rezeption sowie Verantwortung für Sauberkeit, Ordnung und die tägliche Experience unserer Residents.
  • Aufbau von Partnerschaften und Einbringen innovativer Hospitality-Ideen.
Was wir an dir schätzen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Tourismus, Event- oder Hospitality-Management.
  • Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Führungserfahrung im F&B, Gastronomie- oder Hospitality-Bereich — idealerweise in einem modernen oder gehobenen Umfeld.
  • Gastgeber:in aus Leidenschaft mit natürlicher Herzlichkeit, hoher Service-Orientierung und sicherem Auftreten.
  • Erfahrung in Budget-, Einkaufs- und Lieferantenmanagement sowie mit POS-Systemen und gängigen Office-Tools.
  • Belastbar, strukturiert und hands-on: du packst auch im Tagesgeschäft mit an.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse.
