Have you already successfully developed and implemented sales strategies? Then we are looking for you as Director of Sales & Distributions for the Heidelberg Marriott Hotel **Your most important tasks will include** - In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and distribution strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets. - Leading our sales team and working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative promotions and measure the success of campaigns against metrics. - You will continuously monitor the hotel's sales and revenue figures, identify trends and derive measures to improve performance. - You will create regular reports and presentations for the management team to transparently present the success of sales activities. - You will build long-term relationships with key customers and maintain existing contacts to increase customer satisfaction and secure recurring business. - You will work closely with your sales team to create individual offers and provide customized solutions for customer needs. **Be able.** - You have a sound knowledge of sales and distribution, excellent communication skills and convincing negotiating skills. - Experience in the hotel or hospitality sector is a must. - Very good knowledge of German and English. **Be connected.** **Be inspired.** Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
