**Technical Writer (f/m/d)**.

**Your responsibilities as a Technical Writer (f/m/d)**:

- In the product area Source-to-Contract (Strategic Purchasing) you will be the link between product management and our customer-oriented teams.
- You collaborate with the development team to create documentation for new functions, APIs, decision-making processes and other technical developments.
- You maintain and revise our existing documentation based on changes and feedback.
- You are responsible for defining and developing future documentation processes and standards.
- You will ensure that our documentation is made more efficient, scalable and collaborative with the help of tools and processes.

**What sets you apart as a Technical Writer (f/m/d)**:

- You have proven experience in writing technical articles or documentation.
- You have already worked on a large documentation base, ideally in a Software-as-a-Service environment.
- You are technically savvy and can understand software functionality, technical concepts and underlying technologies.
- You have experience in working with SQL and API client tools (e.g. Postman/Insomnia).
- You have excellent interviewing and communication skills that enable you to communicate effectively with different colleagues and audiences and to elicit requirements.
- You have knowledge of common documentation tools. You are also familiar with mark-up languages.
- Ideally, you are familiar with single-source authoring and know how to use it.
- You can quickly familiarise yourself with new issues and have a feel for the needs of different target groups.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and German.

**Information about the process of getting to know each other**:
We would like to get to know you comprehensively and therefore 2 to 3 interviews with your future colleagues will take place. For these interviews we use telephone and video conferencing to ensure a speedy process. One of these interviews may take place on site in our office.
