**Job Description**:
As a Technical Writer (all genders) you will play a crucial role in creating, developing and organizing the technical documentation around TeamViewer Frontline, our enterprise productivity platform with fully integrated AR solutions.

You will work closely with the development teams, leveraging your key strength of turning complex information into easily consumable content.
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation that is appropriate for Enterprise customers
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Create and maintain the information architecture
- Maintain and enhance the documentation style guide
- Build up and maintain the Frontline teambase
- Work closely with the UX department to maintain consistency in UX writing
- Maintain and continuously improve existing documentation

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing for software products, ideally enterprise ones
- Working approach with focus on delivering high quality documentation while paying attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Background in authoring structured content
- Highly skilled in adjacent areas like localization and translations
- In-depth knowledge of special tools and techniques for creating modular content and implementing re-use concepts (CCMS)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and German are a must
