**Discover your exciting role**:
As Director of Talent Management, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our global talent strategies. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and retaining top talent across the organization, ensuring that our global talent strategy aligns with current and future business goals. In this position, you will also collaborate with HR IT systems, HR Analytics and Communications, as well as innovative technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data-driven tools to implement modern talent management solutions.

**Explore your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement global talent strategies that align with current and future business needs.
- Lead talent management, development, and retention strategies in close collaboration with the global HR leadership team.
- Utilize modern talent management tools, including AI-based systems and data analytics, to measure and optimize the success of talent programs.
- Create leadership development and succession planning programs to ensure a sustainable internal talent pipeline.
- Implement and enhance IT-supported talent management systems covering the full employee lifecycle.

**Show your expertise**:

- Degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in talent management or a similar leadership position, ideally in a global setting.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing data-driven, technology-supported HR strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a high level of intercultural competence and the ability to make things happen at highest company levels.
