Thanks to our highly motivated team and a down-to-earth and living atmosphere, the MEININGER Hotels feel like a real home. **YOUR TASKS**: - Handle group requests for all MEININGER Hotels - Answer customer questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, breakfast, rates and room types, packages, promotions, locations) - Manage reservations, incl. "reactive sales" deposit payments, pre-travel arrangements, invoices and deadline monitoring of all relevant groups activities and processes - Use sales techniques that maximize revenue such as: follow up on offers and up-selling while developing new customers and maintaining existing customer loyalty - Represent MEININGER Hotels during planned Commerce trips - Prepare internal reporting and participation in internal meetings **YOUR PROFILE** - High school or equivalent education required, ideally apprenticeship in hospitality or travel industry - Hospitality-related working experience of minimum 1-2 years is desirable, first experiences in service - or call center of benefit - Fluency in English and either German or French (min. B2 level) - Project a professional company image through voice and online interactions - Accuracy in data entry and typing skills - Ability to prioritize and work effectively under time constraints and deadlines - Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills - Flexibility to join the team in our Headquarters in Berlin for an induction period **WHY MEININGER?**: There are many good reasons to join our MEININGER Team.
