Rfp and Client Onboarding Coordinator

You will provide support to RFP and Client Onboarding team : co-ordinate cross functional teams globally to manage and respond to RFPs, interact with Sales teams to gather client information and successfully configure new client accounts.

Your main responsabilities will be:

- Co-ordinate and manage RFP responses
- Identify key collaborators and organize internal meetings
- Understand and respond to customer’s stated needs and goals
- Establish and maintain software/database with information
- Create and audit the creation of new client accounts
- Co-ordinate account details with other departments as needed
- Work with internal teams to create or support customer specific workflows and requirements
- Engage with sales and clients to facilitate onboarding

- Minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Support or Project Management
- Able to analyze and synthesize information and evaluate external client needs as they correlate to company services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and able to maintain accurate records
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and telephone skills, and able to maintain, strengthen, and develop relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Data analytics
- Effective multi-tasking/prioritization skills
- Effective written communication skills in English and German (drafting, editing, proofreading) that consistently demonstrates excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation and an advanced understanding of syntax, inflection, and structure of a language)
- **Fluent in English & German required and other languages appreciated**
