Senior Client Service Manager (w/m/d)
About The Role
If juggling client needs with creative input is your forte, and you excel at gathering information and managing communication, we want to hear from you Are you highly motivated and eager to hit the ground running? Perfect, then we should connect.
- Be a part of a 6-person Client Service Management team in day-to-day operations and independently manage your client projects
- Develop and lead clients, maintain client relationships: you immediately recognize and meet the needs of your clients, analyze them and offer ideas and solutions
- Create proposals and presentations, as well as plan and manage project budgets and timelines
- Work closely with the creative team to optimally implement client requests
About You
- Completed degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, or comparable education/vocational training.
- Min. of 5 years of experience in Client Service-, Account- or Project Management as well as extraordinary project management skills, leading big brands in a fast paced environments. Agency experience is a plus.
- You are a native german speaker and fluent in english (verbally & written)
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a high drive and hands-on mentality
- Organizational talent with a structured way of working and high customer orientation
- You are a true team player and like to exchange ideas
- Affinity for design and creativity is a must
