Your role

We are looking for an analytical and data-driven Marketing allrounder to lead our 3-person marketing team and bring our marketing activities to the next level. What does that mean?

You will
- Define a strong B2B SaaS marketing strategy to support our growth
- Define ROI logics and drive SEA marketing accordingly
- Plan, execute, and monitor SEO strategies to boost organic reach
- Analyze and optimize CRM activities and automations using HubSpot as our central tool
- Oversee content production
- Work cross-functionally with teams, such as Sales, Customer Consulting, and Tech

What we like
- A passionate and experienced leader, who enjoys building and creating
- Several years of B2B marketing expertise, preferably with SaaS products
- Experience from working in a fast-paced environment, such as a start up or scale up
- Profound knowledge of technical CRM, especially HubSpot, with experience in using CRM systems
- In-depth expertise in SEO and a proven track record of increasing organic reach
- Strong analytical skills to make data-based decisions and evolve marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in both German and English
