For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a**Head of Marketing (M/F/d) Strategy & Insights**

Your new job includes
- As Head of Marketing (M/F/d) Strategy & Insights, you will be responsible for developing the strategic direction of marketing and implementing it with the other heads of the department.
- In particular, you will- translate and anchor overall corporate strategies in the marketing areas
- develop and systematically implement growth strategies in marketing
- implement marketing strategy projects and work closely with internal and external interfaces
- establish the new department within the company and continuously develop existing and new processes
- identify relevant external and internal stakeholders + partners/service providers and actively take responsibility for relationship management
- assume and implement budget responsibility for the responsible area
- lead and develop a team of up to 7 employees

What you should bring along
- A degree in economics or comparable qualification as well as in-depth management and leadership experience in marketing, preferably in an international retail company
- Proven professional experience (at least 5 years) in strategic marketing
- Experience in the management and control of projects
- Pleasure in the visionary design of the area
- Excellent stakeholder and interface management skills
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
- A strategic, structured way of thinking and working paired with a hands-on mentality and motivating leadership skills
