**YOUR ROLE**

You will be the main function in all tax related activities within Razor Group. You will have a professional and motivated team under you, with whom you will master even the most difficult matters hand in hand.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing, implementing and improving group-wide tax planning and optimization
- Disciplinary and technical management of the tax team
- Expansion of the global tax compliance management system
- Continuously developing the transfer pricing policy within the group with special consideration of the latest OECD guidelines
- Selecting and coordinating external consultants
- Cooperating with auditors and external third parties on tax issues
- Communicating and coordinating with tax authorities
- Supporting in national and international tax audits and appeal proceedings
- Implementation of cross-departmental projects with reference to tax

**YOUR PROFILE**

To succeed in this role you:

- Have successfully completed a degree in taxation, business administration, law, or a similar background and have a successfully passed tax consultant exam
- Have 8+ years of relevant professional and management experience in the tax department of an international, fast-growing company as a key tax person, whereby previous work in a Big Four consulting firm is a plus
- Are a passionate team leader with a minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience
- Are fluent in English, **German is mandatory**
