Head of Group Tax

We are looking for a** **Head of Group Tax **_(all genders)_** **to join the **Finance team** on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

**Your mission**:

- You will lead the global Tax Function of the Delivery Hero Group active in more than 70 countries.
- You monitor, identify and mitigate tax risks in all of our regions.
- You are responsible for the continuous advancement of group internal transfer pricing system.
- You assess global and local regulatory developments and develop consequential adaptation of group internal compliance processes.

**Your heroic skills**:

- Practical experience in Tax Compliance, Tax Reporting, Structuring of Tax Processes and Risk Management for an outbound MNE
- Practical experience as Head of Tax or Senior Tax Leadership role, preferably with a DAX40/MDAX-listed company or other large globally listed company/group. Evidently comprehensive responsibility for tax matters in an international organization thereby shaping the tax function in accordance with the requirements of a globally active group.
- Practical experience in International Tax Matters (withholding taxes, restructurings, tax impacts of cross-border repatriation / financing projects tax audits etc.)
- Practical experience in M&A
- Strong knowledge of global Transfer Pricing rules and International Tax Matters, ideally in tech companies
- Practical experiences in Global Mobility matters, including negotiation skills with internal stakeholders
- Knowledge in BEPS 2.0 / Pillar I & II
- Relevant VAT knowledge
- Strong German and English communication skills are fundamental. Additional language skills may be an additional asset.
