**What You’ll Do**:

- Collaborate with development teams to create high-quality product documentation, tutorials, UI labels, API content, and community resources.
- Research and understand target users, working closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to create solutions tailored to their needs.
- Structure and optimize content for specific audiences, including designing interaction flows and improving response patterns for the AI assistant, Joule.
- Analyze AI bot interaction data to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable recommendations.
- Advocate for a user-centered, data-driven culture within the team.
- Ensure a consistent user experience across channels, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven interactions.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Information Design, UX Design, Communications, or Technical Writing.
- Proven experience in UX, user research, and creating content deliverables.
- Ability to communicate complex technical content to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with agile development practices; experience with AI bot content or chatbot systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio is desirable to provide insight into your previous work and skills.
