**Your new responsibilities**:

- Evaluation of the internal structure of SiC Mosfets (Metallization, Layouts,)
- Understand the influence of the interconnection technologies like sintern, soldering on the electrical behavior
- Analyze and understand the failure mechanismen as well as work out new methods of analysis
- Statistic evaluation of the single key parameters
- Thermal-electrical and thermal-mechanical simulation (FEM-ANSYS-Simulationen) to design the power modules
- Presentation and technical discussion of the results - also in front of the supplier and customer
- Market scan concerning new materials and technologies

**Your qualification**:

- Academic degree in electrical engineering or equivalent field of studies
- Long-term professional experience in automotive electronic business
- Knowledge in assembly and interconnection technologies of power semiconductors
- Experience in MiniTab, FEM-Ansys
- Experience with analysis tools like SAM, Lockin Thermographie, etc.
- Knowledge of the internal structure of power semiconductors (Si, SiC, GaN)
- Experience in FMEA technique
- Fluent German and English language skills (wirtten and spoken)
- Ability to work in an international team, customer and quality orientation, problem solving capability
- Communication and networking skills as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
