The position of Game Lead at Sunday is a combination of Product Lead, Project Manager and Game Designer.

Sunday is a young and successful startup that develops, publishes and markets hyper-casual mobile games. Our international team of around 50 developers, artists, game designers, marketers and publishing managers reaches an audience of millions of players every day. Our goal is to become one of the leading mobile game companies worldwide within the next years.

Tasks
- You will be responsible end-to-end for the production of new hyper-casual hit games together with your team
- You will manage the team like your own studio and constantly push for high quality and quantity output
- You will ideate new hyper-casual game ideas based on observation of the market and taking an evolutionary approach to proven gameplay
- You will manage the execution and market tests of prototypes and MVPs to find the best marketability and engagement KPIs for your concepts
- You will help build levels and additional content to make your promising prototype a global Hit
- You will be a proactive leader for the team, ensure performance, resolve conflicts and support team members in achieving their full potential

**Requirements**:

- You have at least 2 years of experience in game development, preferably in hyper-casual mobile games
- You know the basics of game programming and you are proficient in Unity 3D
- You have experience in leading a team and feel comfortable giving feedback
- You are highly analytical and find simple, creative solutions to complex problems
- You are constantly striving for more efficiency and creating structure comes naturally to you
- You are very passionate about your work. If there is a problem, you are eager to take responsibility and solve it hands-on
