**Summary**:
We are looking for a Lead 3D Artist to take a leading role in our production team and help push the quality of our team and our projects forward.

**Your mission**:
You will play a crucial part in our team by providing consultations to both our internal teams and clients regarding the feasibility of 3D projects.
Additionally, you will actively contribute to estimating incoming project requests and provide valuable insights to our project managers to ensure the best allocation of our talented artists to planned projects.
Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to showcase your own artistic prowess by actively participating in the production process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate closely with different departments and project managers
- Support project planning efforts by monitoring internal resources, effectively prioritizing planned and incoming projects to opimize efficiency and meet deadlines
- Support Project Manager by advising on production planning and timing, having dependencies and bottlenecks with other departments in mind
- estimate workloads accurately to provide reliably cost estimations
- work as a 3D Artist in our projects and help establishing workflows and finding technical solutions
- lead and mentor a team of artists and help them reach their full potential through feedback, training and professional development opportunities
- work with external partners and manage supporting freelancers
- have a close working relationship with other leads, directors and managers to push production quality

**Your profile**:
You are:

- an experienced 3D Generalist with preferably experience in WebGL, AR and/or VR
- preferably using Blender or Maya
- skillfull in communicating
- eager to help others
- passionate about working on different kind of projects and technologies
- familiar with game engines
- skilled in asset production, both realistic and stylized
- well organized and structured
- proficient at communicating in english (Bonus: German)
- able to give feedback to your team
