Monetization Lead

**Your tasks**: Do you want to make a difference and drive the growth of our growing portfolio of successful long-term strategy games? We are looking for a business-savvy **Monetization Lead (f/m/x)** to work with and develop our horizontal team of monetization experts. You will build on game data, competitor analysis, and industry best practices to refine current and develop fresh monetization and pricing strategies. Work closely with interdisciplinary teams from both inside the studio as well as from within Stillfront Group to implement these strategies and make a difference - Lead and develop a passionate team of Monetization Managers. - Devise and implement strategic roadmaps for the hybrid monetization of our cross-platform games in cooperation with the product teams. - Orchestrate our hybrid monetization model between in-app purchases and ad monetization to enhance revenue generation. - Define, set up, and test new player segmentations across various offer types and across all stages of the player journey. - Identify new features and tools required to further improve monetization efforts of our games, and drive their development in coordination with product stakeholders. - Work in close collaboration with the Marketing, Analytics and Product teams on new and existing games in order to provide monetization recommendations regarding shop design, sales techniques and pricing. - Ensure your team's decision-making is based on a foundation of solid data and player insights. **Your profile**: To excel in this role, you should have: - Several years of well funded professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role with product ownership and team lead responsibilities. - Prior experience in a free-to-play mobile game environment, e-commerce or sales, demonstrating a strong track record of driving sustained growth. - A strong user-centric perspective with a deep understanding of player behavior and preferences, ensuring monetization efforts align with and support the overall game design and value proposition for our players. - Passion for building and scaling up high-performance teams, with a deep understanding of live operations, monetization, and economy. - Strong cross-discipline collaboration skills, able to work effectively with design, engineering, UI/UX, art, and other key functions. - Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with a keen interest in delivering the best player experience. - Fluent in English, with strong communication and leadership abilities. **What we offer**: - Be part of a vertically integrated, cross-functional team improving one of our products. - Enjoy a diverse, international environment in which English is the language of choice. - A broad variety in topics and tasks, from preparing and supporting game launches to helping bootstrap sister studios' Analytics setup. - Access to group-level data and our colleagues expertise at our sister studios. - Highly engaging special "Office Weeks" where as many colleagues as possible are in our physical office at the same time. - A beautiful office in the heart of Hamburg overlooking the Elbe river, with different areas for deep work and active collaboration. - Personal development with internal and external training. - Subsidized language courses and public transport ticket. **About us**: **“Connect and Challenge Players.
