Intern Securities Operations

The “Securities Operations & Controls” entity is part of the Chief Digital and Operating Office (CDOO) and is responsible for various operational activities in support of the Front Office. Additionally, we are responsible for ensuring the timely settlement of all securities transactions and are heavily involved in the issuance and administration of promissory loans, registered bonds and bearer instruments. As a first level control, we perform independent trade validation checks to mitigate operational and fraud risks.
