**Your mission**:
DeepOpinion is the enterprise-grade Agentic Automation platform enabling teams to put their complex knowledge work on autopilot. By combining Agentic AI, business process digitization and no-code development in a single platform, teams can create AI apps in minutes to achieve 90%+ straight-through processing.

With €11 million raised in a Series A funding round co-led by **Red River West** and **Alpha Intelligence Capital**, and the support of existing investors **Lunar Ventures** and **Stride VC**, we are accelerating our vision to become the go-to provider for AI-driven automation solutions across the globe.

As an Operations Intern, you’ll take a hands-on role in optimizing our internal processes and workflows. You’ll work closely with our operations team to streamline daily functions, drive efficiency, and support our rapid scaling efforts. **Responsibilities**:

- Help implement process improvements that enhance our daily workflow and overall productivity.
- Collaborate with our operations team to identify inefficiencies and brainstorm creative solutions.
- Support team meetings, track project milestones, and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operational execution and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Be ready to assist on diverse tasks that arise in our fast-evolving startup landscape.
- Dive into operational data to help uncover trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Create reports and dashboards that inform strategic decision-making.
- Identify business opportunities through focused market research and establish strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and contribute innovative ideas to enhance strategies and approaches.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree at a top-tier university.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Highly advanced problem-solving skills combined with a hands-on approach to get things done.
- Excellent skills in communication, structured working, decision-making, and analytical thinking.
- Willingness to wear several hats simultaneously and to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in learning more about AI in the automation space.
- Fluent in English and German
