Together with your dedicated team, as an Event Supervisor you will ensure that every event is an unforgettable experience. From the initial consultation to the final debriefing, you will give our guests your full attention. You coordinate the entire process, design the event rooms with attention to detail and provide a first-class food and beverage offer that leaves nothing to be desired.

Thanks to your organisational talent and your open manner, every event will be remembered fondly. You will also take responsibility for your team and plan our major events with passion and precision.

To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a full-time **Event Supervisor (M/F/d)**.

**This is what your day looks like**:

- Processing event enquiries for our 10 event rooms and group bookings
- Preparation of offers and contracts
- Preparation of function sheets
- Contact person for event coordinator and trainees
- Advice and support for guests before, during and after the event
- Close coordination with operational and administrative teams
- Preparation of down payment invoices and control of final invoices

**What we want from you**:

- Completed training in the hotel industry or similar training
- At least 3 years of experience in the event sector, ideally in the hotel industry
- Previous knowledge of the OPERA booking system is an advantage
- Sales and organisational skills
- Warm demeanour and confident behaviour
- Initial management experience
- Good knowledge of German and English
