**What to expect**:

- **Responsible** for cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and outdoor spaces
- **Quality control** of cleaned rooms and areas
- **Supporting** housekeeping management with daily organization
- **Coordinating** room cleaning and task planning
- **Liaison** between housekeeping, maintenance, front office, and laundry
- **Documenting** and resolving issues together with the front desk
- **Communicating** and coordinating room occupancy changes
- **Providing **information about available guest-ready rooms

**What we’re looking for**:

- Several years of experience in housekeeping
- Ideally, experience with Opera
- A keen eye for detail
- Knowledge and experience with cleaning products
- Strong work ethic, team-oriented mindset, and a service-driven approach
- Good German and English language skills
