**The role**:
As our Regional Sales Lead for Asia, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our sales strategy in the region. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing, Regional Lead for the Americas, and Head of Revenue Operations as part of our Go-to-Market leadership team.
In this role, you'll lead a team of 7-10 direct reports, consisting of SDRs and full-stack sales reps (BDRs/NDMs), all dedicated to meeting high sales goals and maintaining seamless operations. Your focus will be on driving performance, guiding your team’s growth, and collaborating across departments to build a cohesive regional strategy.

- Team Leadership: You will mentor and guide your team, serving as the primary point of contact and promoting transparent communication. Additionally, you will play an active role in the recruitment and hiring process.

- Inbound Sales Goal: You will improve lead-to-demo conversion rates through process enhancements and quicker response times to maximize the effectiveness of inbound leads.
- Outbound Sales Goal: You will drive outbound demos by engaging the entire sales team in lead generation efforts to reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Demo Conversion Goal: You will improve inbound and maintain strong outbound demo-to-deal conversion rates by enhancing team skills and refining sales execution for better deal closures.

- You bring 2-5 years of leadership experience managing sales teams in a SaaS or outbound sales environment, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- You are an inspiring leader who enjoys coaching others and developing scalable processes that drive team performance and collaboration.
- Your strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial mindset empower you to make informed, data-driven decisions to enhance sales strategies.
- You excel in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments, demonstrating the ability to adapt to challenges while maintaining focus on key objectives.
- You are fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese, and English (our company language), allowing you to communicate effectively with diverse teams and contribute to the mission of xChange.
