Since our team and the business grew a lot in the past 8 years and we face another exciting phase of our company growth, we are now looking for a Team Lead Sales (gn) to support our Head of Sales and Management team in sharpening the processes and ensuring success in the Sales team. That's why we're looking for a sales enthusiast with great people skills who wants to take over the disciplinary leadership and work alongside the team. The team is looking for their Team Lead from now on.

- A sales team that's ready to welcome their new team lead, who can fully concentrate on the daily sales business and their development.
- Your main role will be to facilitate the further growth of our sales team - this includes developing existing team members and hiring new employees.
- You'll be able to show off the sales skills you gained over the years by closing deals yourself as well as improving the the performance of the sales team in collaboration with Management, the Head of Sales and other stakeholders in the company.
- You're the go-to-person for the team and coach them to uncover their maximum potential and go with them though their journey at Fashion Cloud. #wepolishourdiamonds
- Whenever processes need to be sharpened or built, you'll be involved in this to guarantee maximum outcome.
- You monitor the performance and observe the numbers to understand what needs to be done to be even more successful with the team.
- The DACH and Benelux market will be your home markets, in which also the team operates.That's what you bring to the table
- You've been working in (Enterprise) Sales for some years already operationally, so you know how a successful Sales cycle works.
- You know how efficient and successful sales processes look like and have been part of creating them already.
- Talking about enabling: You bring 2+ years of some kind of leadership experience, which you're eager to build up on.
- You've never stopped being hands-on throughout your career and still roll up your sleeves to reach the most with your team.
- You feel like you can connect to our customers - retailers and brands, associations and ERP systems, as well as e-commerce players.
- Mother-tongue skills in German and fluent English skills are required.
- SaaS experience is a great plus.
