Wir sind **Via**, der weltweite Marktführer in der Entwicklung und dem Einsatz von On-Demand Systemen und weiteren Technologien zur Optimierung des ÖPNV. Wir unterstützen unsere Partner dabei, intelligente Netzwerke aus On-Demand-Shuttles, Linienbussen, Sonderfahrdiensten, Werkshuttles und/oder autonomen Fahrzeugen zu betreiben. Unser Ziel ist ein effizientes, inklusives und nachhaltiges Mobilitätssystem, in Großstädten wie auch im ländlichen Raum, und für alle Verkehrsteilnehmer - auch solche, die in ihrer Mobilität eingeschränkt sind oder kein Smartphone besitzen.

Als **Mitarbeiter Live-Support, Mobility Operations **bei Via arbeitest Du gemeinsam mit unserem Operations Team daran, unsere herausragenden On-Demand-Services aufzubauen und zu betreiben. Dich erwartet eine umfassende Einführung in die Bereiche Operations, Technologiemanagement und On-Demand-Mobilität. Du wirst Teil eines aufstrebenden Teams und erlebst die Dynamik der Mobilitätsbranche hautnah.

**Verantwortlichkeiten und Pflichten**
- Du stellst den reibungslosen täglichen Betrieb unserer Services im deutschsprachigen Raum durch telefonischen Support sicher
- Du arbeitest in Schichten, die in dein Leben passen und erhältst selbstverständlich entsprechende Schichtzuschläge
- Du unterstützt unser Fahrpersonal und unsere Fahrgäste in allen Angelegenheiten
- Du hast die Möglichkeit mit deinen Aufgaben bei via zu wachsen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen

**Qualifikationen**
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens auf C1 Level) und besitzt Kenntnisse in der englischen Sprache
- Du bist kommunikativ und in der Lage, in unterschiedlichen Kontexten immer den richtigen Ton zu finden
- Du hast Freude an der telefonischen Beratung bzw. am telefonischen Support
- Du bewahrst auch in Stresssituationen Ruhe und bist in der Lage, kreative Lösungen in Echtzeit zu entwickeln
- Du hast erste berufliche Erfahrungen als Call-Center Mitarbeiter gesammelt
- Du bist technologieaffin und arbeitest gerne mit modernen IT-Tools
