**Your mission**:
**Your responsibilities at Cloud7**
As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for driving D2C sales and margin as well as developing customer acquisition and retention strategies that resonate with our target audience of dog lovers in our existing and international expansion markets. This is a hands-on role with a focus on delivering measurable results across multiple digital marketing channels.
**The tasks are (among others)**Develop and Execute Growth Marketing Strategies**
- Craft and implement data-driven marketing strategies that effectively reach and resonate with the 30+ demographic
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Influencer Marketing, Google, and CRM platforms to meet and exceed KPIs
- Monitor and analyze performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness
- Collaborate with agencies and freelancers**Social Media Marketing**
- Audit, challenge and support the social performance marketing team in design and optimization of Meta ad campaigns to maximize ROIInfluencer Marketing
- Find ways to sustainably scale influencer marketing as both a brand and performance channel for Cloud7**Google / SEA Marketing**
- Audit, challenge and support the Google SEA team in creating ad campaigns to maximize ROI CRM Marketing
- Develop and manage CRM strategies to nurture leads and engage existing customers**Website**
- Lead the product owner and content management roles to optimize the website for conversion rate and average order values as well as general UX improvementsBrand / Content
- Lead brand / content manager assuring creation of relevant content from ideation to implementation of asset creation**Analytics and Reporting**
- Track, analyze and report on marketing performance metrics
- Use insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement
- Report valuable insights to shareholders and drive the growth and thereby drive the growth and internationalization of the company
**Your profile**:
- 4+ years experience in D2C marketing
- Hands-on META media buying / account management experience
- Proven track record in marketing lifestyle products preferably within the luxury or high-end sectors
- Track record of international expansion / new market entry
- Experience in collaborating with agencies / freelancers
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English
- You will be a key member of the executive team, partaking in monthly board meetings with the shareholders
