Your role in this position is to lead a team of program managers team and to ensure the successful execution of projects from conception to completion, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

You will ensure a strong relationship with all internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the delivery of program goals.

Tasks

**As Head of Program Management, you will be responsible to**:

- Develop and maintain project roadmap aligned with market and product line strategies.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among R&D, Operations, Commercial, and Regulatory teams.
- Coordinate funding projects with academic and industrial partners within the consortium.
- Manage internal and external resources for project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
- Lead project and funding teams across various business sectors, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Serve as the primary contact point for project execution, ensuring customer satisfaction and support.
- Communicate project updates, KPIs, and action plans to senior management for decision-making.
- Transfer project responsibilities to post-project support teams.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program management team.
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the program.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Strategically plan releases in alignment with organizational goals.
- Effectively communicate program updates to stakeholders and manage stakeholder relationships.

**Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

- A master’s degree in engineering/science/ management with a strong technical interest or equivalent experience.
- Experience in medical devices or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English language speaking and writing required.
- A team player with very good interpersonal skills, ready to work in a complex and international environment
- Proactive person willing to take initiatives
- A customer-oriented person with excellent communication skills including presentation of ideas
- Fascinated by new technologies and always willing to learn
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies, software tools, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
