- Overseeing the procurement of hardware materials (end-to-end), from the inventory order to installation and maintenance;
- **
*** Tracking materials to ensure they are ordered with adequate lead times for delivery and installation;
- **
*** Coordinating the delivery of materials to the warehouse and/or site where installation is required;
- **
*** Providing suppliers with the latest information regarding delivery dates and deployment schedules;
- **
*** Keeping detailed records, generating reports and developing presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective and indicative timelines;
- **
*** Executing solutions for process improvement;
- **
*** Identifying and analyzing process bottlenecks and implementing resolutions in a timely manner;
- **
*** Collaborating with other departments like procurement, finance, transport etc. to facilitate smooth process flow and determine the best vendors and distributors;
- **
*** Building and maintaining strong relationships with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.

**Qualifications**:
- 8-10+ years’ of experience working in telecom development/engineering and/or supply chain management;- Proven experience working with multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments;- Proven experience with telecom operators/vendors;- Excellent analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, creativity, strategic, and interpersonal skills;- Ability to approach tasks in a logical and systematic way;- Strong written and verbal communications skills;- Always operates with the highest levels of honesty, integrity and fidelity, acting in the best interest of the business;- Strong capability for up-skilling and reskilling, with a curious mind and desire to constantly learn and grow;- Ability to take initiative, work well under pressure, and work towards strategic business goals;- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;- Desire to build lasting relationships with people from multiple industries;- Self-starter able to work independently but comfortable and effective working in a team environment;- Preferred hands-on experience in telecommunication industry, mobile network service (networks, circuits, VoIP etc.) or any equivalent area in an international environment with good understanding of its technology concept.- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business- Management, Computing, Information Systems, Engineering, Transport,- Distribution/Logistics or similar;- Proficiency in English and German language.
