Your tasks:
- Professionalize the analytics function by introducing standardization, best-in-class analytics methods and foster knowledge sharing across multiple business units.
- Drive the development of Analytics products by scaling up proficiency in Snowflake, dbt and Tableau.
- Bring data visualization and reporting efforts to the next level, enhancing self-service reporting capabilities and insights for business teams.
- Champion a data-driven culture across the organization by increasing data access and fostering data literacy.
Your skills:
- Multiple years of experience in data analytics, BI or data science, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering impactful results in a matrix organisation and/or on department level. Experience in a strategy consultancy or Analytics consulting boutique is a plus.
- Convincing and winning character, used to handle complex stakeholder management. Strategic mind-set combined with strong analytical skills.
- High eagerness to leverage data as a strategic asset to improve business decisions.
- Strong technical skills in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Snowflake). Knowledge on AI based analytics methods is a plus.
- Motivator and a team player with good communication skills in English. Knowledge in German is a plus.

Main focus is to further professionalize ways of working and improve collaboration across Business Units & Teams. The Analytics Teams are responsible to deliver insights based on data and help the business to make better informed decisions. Analytics works closely with Business Intelligence and the Data Hub to jointly leverage our data for best possible insights and company steering. In this role you will be disciplinary head of 7 direct reports (analytics teamleads) within a matrix organization, managing a total of ca. 25 data analyst and data scientists.
