Job ID: 25143- Location: Regensburg, DE, 93055Vitesco Technologies Identity and Access Management platform is the central hub to manage the almost 50k digital identities of Vitesco Technologies including internal and external employees. IAM also automatically provides access to key IT systems for these identities in an end-user friendly, yet secure and compliant way.

**Your new responsibilities**:

- Proactively develop, implement, maintain, and continuously optimize our next-generation Identity and Access Management services in the Vitesco IT landscape based on innovative and new technological strategies
- Assure high-quality and reliable service operation in a self-driven mode by providing 3rd level support and steering external service providers in accordance with ITIL processes and SLAs, including process and KPI monitoring and analyses, followed by proactive improvement and mitigation activities
- Represent the service throughout the organisation and to all internal and external stakeholders to co-create the roadmap with the product owner
- Develop concepts to educate end-users in the use of the service, conduct trainings and promote self-service offerings
- Manage the budget and costs for the services in scope

**Your profile**:

- Academic degree in information technology or similar education
- Long term work experience in IT related area especially Service Management
- Several years of experience in Process Design, ITIL and Data Analysis
- Profound knowledge in the data flows and tools in the area of Identity Governance processes as well as HR related processes
- Profound Experience in provider steering
- Basic knowledge in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Cloud Computing (SaaS)
- Basic knowledge of agile methods, project management
- Business fluent English language skills and German language skills beneficial
- Passion and willingness to learn continuously, high level of creativity and self-driven analytical thinking
