Autodesk Global Product Support is looking for highly motivated trusted advisors to help our customers optimize their product investment and achieve the most out of their daily work with our products. We are looking for a professional with Infrastructure experience, supporting our customers with their questions using AutoCAD Map 3D. You will join the Global Product Support (GPS) group within the Customer Success Organization as part of our 2000+ person Worldwide Sales and Services organization - a team that values professional development and rewards high performance. The Global Product Support group is responsible for maximizing the success of all our customers. We do this by delivering professional and highly customized services that help our customers achieve their business goals while maximizing the use and adoption of our solutions.

Office Location: Munich, Germany
**Responsibilities**:
- You are the face of Autodesk- You will help our customers by troubleshooting their product-related issues- Thanks to you, our knowledge base will be improved-
- You will be the expert in helping to get started with our products- Your goal is creating an exceptional customer experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- You are fluent both in German and English- You bring your industry experience around GIS- Coordinate systems and databases are not foreign words to you - customer interaction is your focus- Computer-aided design is your passion- You have a profound knowledge within AutoCAD- You love to learn and grow- You can thrive in a fast-paced environment- You embrace working in a friendly and diverse team environment
