Strategic and Financial Staff Specialist

Then you have found the right position As a Strategic and Financial Staff Specialist, you have the opportunity to guide the PSS finance community in terms of planning processes, to execute decision-relevant studies, and to draw strategic and operative conclusions based on your findings. In this way you help us, for example, to provide a common understanding of the recent PSS financial development, increase profitability and enable top-management decisions.

In your new role you will:

- Be responsible for **setting finance-related standards **for all PSS BLs and PLs: You will take ownership of overall financial and governance processes and their implementation
- **Guiding division planning processes and coordinating planning efforts **of Business Lines - strategic as well as operational
- **Analyzing division financial statements **(P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), disclosing lacks of profitability, driving conclusions and translating into top management reporting
- Initiate, document, and align further **development and compilation **of **adequate finance processes and tools**:

- Support with **ad-hoc analyses **for the Infineon & PSS Top Management
- Work very closely with the **CFO of a major Infineon Division**

You appreciate reliable data and know that it is the basis for long-term entrepreneurial success in order to prepare a forecast for the future. You know how to provide your partners and customers with this relevant financial information to support your business. It is easy for you to structure topics and effectively share them thanks to your excellent communication skills. In discussions, you can not only represent your opinion steadfastly but also explain it comprehensibly. At the same time, you appreciate diverse input and respect the viewpoints of others. In a team, you always strive for a high-quality working atmosphere, cooperation, and open-minded exchange

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Either a **degree in economics or a degree in physics or electrical engineering and finance knowledge **(e.g. through an MBA)
- At least **3-5 years of professional experience **in consulting, market analytics, or financial controlling, preferably in a large, international company
- **Fun and passion to gain knowledge **on semiconductor markets and financial-driven interrelations and the interest to learn more about our products and the technical aspects of semiconductors
- Being **able to convey complex financial topics **with passion and to communicate them in a tangible way to top management as well as colleagues without a financial background
- **Very good MS Excel and PowerPoint skills**:

- **Excellent German and English **language skills
