As a Cloud/System Administrator at Freeletics, you can expect exciting, technically challenging and varied tasks with a startup feeling, as well as flat hierarchies and flexible working hours. You will strengthen our IT team and proactively contribute to solutions and ideas in the network and security area. In addition, you will be in charge of creation and optimization of IT documentation and help to further develop the IT infrastructure. You will also supervise employee on
- and offboarding and take over the responsibility for lifecycle and asset management. Our goal is to make IT as efficient as possible as well as to equip it with the new cloud technologies and this is where we need YOU.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Contact person in 1st and 2nd level support for troubleshooting and processing service requests
- Administration, installation, maintenance and optimization in a Microsoft/Google cloud environment as well as in the network environment
- Monitorization and optimization of the network
- In charge of maintenance, optimization, and further development of Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
- Administration of MacOS end devices with JamfPro/ ABMSupervise on/offboarding of employees

**Your Profile**:

- Successfully completed degree in (business informatics/informatics) or equivalent qualifications acquired through professional experience and further training measures
- Experience in Cloud/SaaS administration
- Initiative, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Good written and spoken English, German is a plus

**Nice to haves**:

- In-depth knowledge in a Modern Workplace (Cloud/ SaaS), ideally very good knowledge in the area of Cloud Management (Azure, Intune, Google Workspace)
- Experience in Zero Touch deployment environments
- Powershell/Bash scripting
- Ideally experience in network and network security (switches, firewalls, VPNs & Wi-Fi etc.)
