We are looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator
to take responsibility for IT systems, infrastructure, and network operations within a stable, well-established organization. This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic input, supporting a professional environment where reliability, security, and efficiency are top priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage IT and infrastructure projects.
  • Monitor, maintain, and further develop hardware and software configurations.
  • Manage and secure the organization's system and network environments.
  • Optimize internal IT processes and operational know-how.
  • Coordinate and schedule IT personnel assignments.
  • Advise management by developing and implementing medium-term IT strategies.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in IT Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline (Bachelor's level or higher).
  • At least five years of experience as a System Administrator, leadership exposure is a pre
  • Strong understanding of systems, networks, and IT security.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Independent, structured, and proactive working style combined with a collaborative mindset.
  • Professional German language skills (written and spoken).
