- 4+ years of the similar experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365, ITIL Documentation, Microsoft Server Environment, Mobile Device Management (Apple devices)
- Understanding in POS retail check out systems (troubleshooting remote and onsite)
- Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines
- Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Patient and professional demeanor, with a can-do attitude
- Upper-Intermediate English and better
**_Good to have:_**:
- Basic German is a plus
**_Responsibilities:_**:
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Manage network servers and technology tools
- Set up accounts and workstations
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Possible business trips
